Explicitly setting the CTU Conversion Results

I'm looking at developing some FOC motor control algorithms, and I'm going through the supplied example "PMSM_ClosedLoop_mpc5744p". When the ADC's are sampled, there isn't any explicit setting in the CTU Blocks which immediately lets me know which pin is to be sampled. I'm assuming this is done through the block execution order (having set up the CTU), but is there a way of setting this explicitly, or should I use a different method to sample my analogue inputs?

Many Thanks,

Crispin

Hi, has there been any development on this issue?

I see that the channels themselves are set in the ADC & CTU Configuration Blocks, but where they're read in, I can't see where the channel is selected in the "CTU Get Conversion Result" block.
