Which RTOS to use for MPC5676R?

I am using MPC5676R for my project.

I would like to know which RTOS should i port FreeRTOS or MQX?

MQX has been ported to many MPC55xx and MPC56xx and we can port it to the MPC5676R for you if you are interested.
