Uploading/downloading files via HTTP

Does anyone have an example of downloading and uploading files using the HTTP server in MQX 4.0.2?

This thread shows an example for uploading a file, however, the uploaded file contains a HTTP header.  The patch does not include the latest updates from MQX.  Will the patched files be included in the next MQX release?

Does anyone have an example to download a file from MQX?
