Design Studio debug connections setup is described  in the
DS Reference Manual. Refer "Debugger" section on page 83 and onwards and
to Chapter 6. DS Reference Manual is a PDF file at the following path,
relative to your DS installation directory:
S32DS\help\pdf\pdf_reference.pdf
