MQX V5 Libraries Command line build

Can you specify the instructions to build mqx v5 libraries from command line? I have tried the instructions specified in the attached document,  but there are lot of differences between mqx v5 and mqx 4.2.

Also is there any documentation to build mqx project using mcuxpresso ide?
