Hi David:
K63 is from new second generation of Kinetis K60 family. Unfortunately currently MQX Bsp isn't fully compatible with K63.
We support TWR-K64F120M and FRDM-K64 boards. There just few differences between K63 and K64.
You can create your own BSP for K63 by cloning wizard:
[Your MQX directory]\doc\tools\MQX_BSP_Cloning_Wizard_Getting_Started.pdf
And/Or continue according Porting guide:
[Your MQX directory]\doc\mqx\MQX_BSP_Porting_Guide.pdf
I would like to recommend also MQX_BSP_Porting_Example_User_Guide:
[Your MQX directory]\doc\mqx\MQX_BSP_Porting_Example_User_Guide.pdf
