Is MQX_RUN_TIME_ERR_CHECK_ENABLE supported for CW10.3?

The User's Guide and entry description in the user_config.h editor both refer to an external runtime error checking tool.

Note: You can only use run time error checking if the toolset being used supports it.

Is the tool supported in CW10.3?
