What is the difference between SPC5604BF2MLL4R  and SPC5604BAMLL4R?

In the datasheet I cannot find the meaning of letter A in part number.

I have checked in the system both devices are equal.

According to MPC5607 datasheet that is most up-to date, following scheme has been used for mentioned field

Fab and Mask Indicator

F = ATMC Fab

K = TSMC Fab

0 = Version of the maskset

A = Mask set indicator (Blank = 1st

production maskset, A = 2nd,

I will try find out more details..
