Hi @steven_zhang 

there are some differences, so it won't be so straightforward. For example, there's Mode Entry module on MPC5643L but not on MPC5634M, the layout of flash blocks is little bit different... You should create new project directly for MPC5643L because the startup files are different - it's necessary to initialize core registers due to lock step etc...

No, we do not have bootloader written directly for MPC5643L. I have only draft of application note for MPC5634M (attached). I'm not sure - do you refer to this one or do you have own bootloader for MPC5634M?
