ethernet problem with MPC5775B

hi..

i am working in MPC5775B processor so how can i get dynamic ip address with eth and phy library with component library  of S32 Design Studio for Power Architecture 2.1

OR

 does any library avalable from google to work with  KSZ8061 erthernet ic in MPC5775B processor

if you know solution for these please replay....
