We have some boards failing production test. We have noticed that chips supplied from a different site have the SPC5668GAMMG stamp. It seems to just be a revision. Could it make any difference functionally?
SPC5668GAMMG (1M09S) is the “RevB” production silicon, from fab ATMC.
SPC5668GMMG (0N61C) is the “RevB” production silicon, from fab TSMC line14.
The last line is the wafer lot number and the date code (week 48, 2017) in your case.
