Updating MasterECUKey using KDF

Dear All,

I'm working on Hardware Security Module which is SHE compliant. While I'm updating Master ECU Key for first time using KDF, when LOAD_KEY command is issued to derive M4 and M5, I'm getting ERC_KEY_UPDATE_ERROR (0x8).

Even after going through HSMSecurity Firmware Manual and knowing all possibilities of getting (0x8) Error code and taking care of those scenarios, still the  Error persists. 

Can anyone suggest a solution?

First of all, please share with us the HSM FW version you are using.

Is it basic or standard version?

What MCU are you using?

S32K1xx does not have HSM, and this post is in the S32K community space.
