TJA1100 auto polarity detect function

Hello Community,

Now I'm using the TJA1100 for Ethernet PHY, which support Polarity detection function.
Is it possible to enable / disable intentionally by register setting ?

HI,

According to the datasheet TJA1100:

If the TJA1100 detects a polarity error in the Slave, it will correct it internally while setting the POLARITY_DETECT bit in the External status register.

So the polarity correction is done internally and you cannot disable this feature.
