SPC5643L Part Number

Hi, 

Can someone help to find out the difference between SPC5643LFK0MLQ1 and SPC5643LFF2MLQ1? From Product Brief, I can see the Fab and mask identifier difference but not sure whether we can directly replace SPC5643LFF2MLQ1 with SPC5643LFK0MLQ1 or not.

Hello,

Here is the key:

K0 - Cut 0 sourced from TSMC Fab

F2 - Cut 2 sourced from ATMC Fab

Check the errata for changes between cuts.
