SPC5605B Code flash writing error

Hello, I need to copy Code flash from one MCU to another in repair reasons. I have read out by X-prog programmer code flash and was tryed to write it to target MCU but writing process was aborted, now when I try to write code flash appears error message: Boot file ID does not match. Boot ID 0x00000000. Even if try to write the same Code flash which I just read from target MCU. Read options working without any errors. What I need to do tosolve this error?

Hi @einar 

this sounds like a question for manufacturer of X-prog programmer. I don't think we can help in this matter. There's nothing in SPC5605B which would protect the flash against programming (except censhorship feature which is obviously not enabled if you can read the flash).
