S32 Design Studio for Power Architecture License Issue

Hi Dear Colleagues,

My customer reports that the license for S32 Design Studio for Power Architecture(2017 R1) is expired. Their engineers offline activation, I helped them to generate the activation.xml, but now it doesn't work. Do you have any clue to solve it?
