Run function in RAM in MPC5643L

I am looking for a detailed step by step instruction of how to relocate the function into internal ram for MPC5643L. I searched online for some tutorials but not working. Anyone can help to send me a link or document for this? Thanks.

Right now I am using S32DS as the IDE.
