I use MPC5777C.I would like find adress which reason of ECC error on RAM. How can I do this?
In addition to this question, does single bit error on RAM is corrected like FLASH? Finally,I would like to test RAM begin of programme. Walking 1 or Walking 0 test is only option test RAM. Or Does controller has hardware interface to do this test?

Hi, use Error Reporting module (ERM) as in the example belows and/or machine check reporting registers:

An application note for MPC5744P (it uses MEMU instead of ERM, in other aspects it may be similar, or documents describes all options):

As I know Walking ones/zeros test is not required, at least I haven't found any mentions in safety manual for this device.
