We've been using this part for a while. Recently the end user was re-flashing the module via CAN using the module's bootloader, afterwhich the module was bricked. Analysis shows that we no longer have access to the part, via BDM or Cyclone, yet all of the control, j-tag, and power signals are good with respect to a known good part. Is it possible for the bootloader (or app code) to re-write a register that wouold prevent the j-tag from gaining access?
