I purchased MPC5777M EVB and MPC5777M-512DS,I chose PEmicro's USB Multilink Universal as Emulators, Probes, and Programmers. Does this debugger support me to connect and debug the MPC5777M using S32 Design Studio for Power Architecture V2.1?

The support is build in already in S32DS.

Hello,

Yes, the PEMicro is by default build in debug tool in S32DS.
