MPC5777C, TSENS

Hello All,

I am trying to read the on chip temprature sensor. To calculate the temprature value i Need the Parameters TSCA and TSCB from the UTEST Memory. If i understand correct, the values are located at 0x00400000, 0x00400002, 0x00400004 and 0x00400006.

In my case but i those Flash Locations are unprogrammed and i am reading 0xFFFF for all the Parameters.

Am i missing something?

Hi,

It sounds like you have pre-production part and it is possible, and very likely, that it does not have anything programmed into UTEST.

Here is the data I read from device I have (PPC5777CMM0, 2N45H)
