MPC5777C: REACM used for simple output disable

We would like to know if MPC5777C's REACM module can be used in a very simple manner:

- When ADC samples go over a limit, the output pin is permanently disabled (... until SW reconfigures the REACM channel)

I only saw periodic operation (PWMs). Is static operation also possible?

Also, is it possible to confirm threshold exceeding before taking an action on the output pin?

If all this is not possible, am I using the right MPC5777C module to do that job?

Thanks,

Étienne

Hi, is this still an issue for you?

Yes, kind of. For now, since I had no answer, I have considered it is not possible, so we plan to do that job with an FPGA. But if you find a way to do it with the MPC5777C, it might be interesting.

Thanks,

Étienne

OK.

I do really think it is not possible with reaction module.

Maybe 'eTPU output disable feature' with conjunction with SDADC could be used for that, if I understood correctly what you are trying to achieve.
