[MPC5777C] MBIST Partition Specification

Hi folks,

I have a question regarding the MBIST partitions  in MPC5777C.
In the application note https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/application-note/AN5288.pdf#page=5&zoom=100,0,578, the table 2 (in the column "Memory") depicts the memory label corresponding to each MBIST partition.

My question: Is there further information (in terms of addresses) about the specified memory ?
I am looking for the address range associated to each MBIST partition.
