MPC5775B put flash driver code in RAM cannot run

Dear supporters,

   I use MPC5775B, Tool version is S32 Design Studio for Power Architecture Version 2.1and I try to put flash driver code in RAM. It cannot run normally. 

It has se_illegal instructions. Could you give me some supports? Thanks very much!

Hello,

From first screenshot I can see there are no data copied in RAM. Have a look at physical RAM content, via dump view at address 0x4003c000.

I expect you are not copying data into RAM (my RAM space) in your startup.
