Hi, I would like to know how many message buffers that are available for CAN0 and CAN1 on the 5746R processor. The reference manual says 96 and the mpc5746r.h says 64....??

The RM is correct. CAN0 and CAN1 offers 96MBs.
The header file should be modified accordingly.
