Can you please provide MPC5746C reference manual from the oldest to latest one ?

i.e Rev_1, Rev_2, ..., until Rev_6.1

Having maintained the product for over 7 years, so would like to know all the changes.

Unfortuantelly, we can't. All changes are tracked in the latest version.

Simply refer to appendix: release notes:
