Hello,

Let me start by confessing this is my first NXP project.  I'm coming at this from a world of Arduino, Rpi, and Microchip products.  So I'm new to the hardware as well as the S32DS for Power environment.  I recently updated a hardware design which uses a MPC5746C (100 pin BGA) and a TJA1100 PHY.  During the redesign, it was necessary to change the pin used for the RX interrupt.  I didn't think this would be a problem, just edit the code and change the pin number.  However, doing so seems to be more difficult than it sounds.  I can't seem to find where or how to do this.   In Component Inspector for ENET, I see a check box for interrupts, and I have receive checked, but it doesn't let me select which pin will be my interrupt.   Is that defined elsewhere?  If so, where?  I've spent days on this and gone through many examples, such as enet_ping_mpc5746c, but just can't make the connection.

Hi,

if you want to use TJA1100's INT_N output to signal interrupt to the MCU then this pin should be connected to one of the SIUL2 EIRQn pin and interrupt functionality configured in the SIULs module. Refer to chapter 15.3.4 External Interrupts Requests (REQ Pins) of the device RM.

ENET module does not have such kind of input pin.

BR, Petr
