MPC5746 program is stuck in MC_ME_ChangeMode()

• Issue Occurrence process

1. power on
2. clock init
3. go into standby mode
4. wakeup(Wake up from the app's first address)
5. clock init (the same as step 'b')
6. program is stuck in MC_ME_ChangeMode()

Issue 1:

What is the problem reason?

Issue 2:

How can this be avoided?

Issue 3:

If this happens, how to solve it? (except reset,I don't want a reset).

Hi,

To make a simple test.

After wake up are you able to do mode transition to DRUN with just IRC clock and all peripherals off?

There should be no issue.

Then try to change IRC to PLL with peripherals off.

Are you using NXP EVB or custom board?
