MPC5744p memory bus error

Hi,

I'm trying to reprogram an application through the UDS bootloader using the C55 flash driver.

And I found that sometimes when checking the memory, question marks will appear in the flash.

Are there any possible reasons that could cause this problem?

Power-down (or asynchronous reset) during programming may lead in indeterminate data on place that was currently being programmed what leads in ECC error during subsequent reading (even it is being read by debugger, usually it is marked as 0x???????? or similar way).
