Hi,

In MPC5744 FCCU_CTRL register,  there is a "debug mode". I want to know what's the purpose of this "debug mode", or what's it used for?

How to exit from this mode? and is it necessary to enter this mode before entering to config mode?

Best Regards,

Hi, it serves the same functionality as with any other peripheral. It means if you have connected debugger and stop at breakpoint, the peripheral stops as well.

However with this implementation there is also FOSU module running (as stated in the screenshot) so I don't see how it could be useful for you debugging.
