Dear,

I have faced some problems in MPC565MVR56 Rev D Microcontroller.

The above controller is not programmed,

but in Last time MPC565MVR56 only (not Rev D) microcontroller is easily programmed.

So please confirm me what is difference between MPC565MVR56 & MPC565MVR56 Rev D.

Wait your very positive reply to resolve this issue.

MPC565MVR56 is the unique part number for qualified production device and in this case it is Rev D, mask set number is L99N.

Device marking may or may not contain revision number thus I am afraid both mentioned device are equal.
