Hi,

When the VDDREG pin tied to VSS, is the POR control block affected? Also I dont use 3.3 V and 1.2 V
internal regulators.

In this case the whole PMC module is off and no low voltage detector works. It is recommended to tie VDDREG to 5V to have active LVDs.
