hi 

i want to know work voltage of GPIO122/134/120/123/124. Are they 5V? What is the fluctuation range of the work voltage? What's the rated operational current?

Voltage level are derived from power supply rail associated to the pad. In this case if can be both nominal 3.3V or 5V.
