MPC5634 flash problem

Hi,

I am using NXP MPC5634 and have the following problem on one MCU. The video is taken using PEMicro ICDPPCNEXUS debug session.

We suspect this is caused by brownout, what do you think the cause is and is there a remedy to recover ?

Thanks for the feedback. 

Turns out the problem occurred after a flash brownout, was solved by a flash erase using a PE micro hw debugger.

Hi,

if the flash content is changing like this, it is usually caused by wrong clock settings (too high) or by wrong settings of flash wait states:
