MPC560xB - Unique Device ID

Hi,

I use a MPC560xB and I need to know what contain different fields of the Unique Device ID

I have read this data into 2 MPC5604B and I see only one difference on the third word (a word = 4 bytes) W2 as:

UID1 = W0W1, UID2 = W2W3

Can you explain me the content of these fields please?

There is no specific information provided in the Unique Device ID. The important here is just the fact this number is unique, thus if differs for piece to piece.
