MPC5606B : Inbuilt NVM memory

Hello,

Does MPC5606B has inbuilt NVM area where we could store and write NVM related data? If yes how could we use it, its configuration,size,application notes etc?

Hello Anitha,

MPC5606B has not independent NV memory. MPC has Code and Data flash which are non-volatile and SRAM which is volatile. About using and configuration flash memory please look at the reference manual chapter 30.

For working with flash memory you can also use flash standard software driver which you can find here:
