Current of mcu in standby mode is bigger than datasheet
MCU is supplied by 5v from external SBC chip(UJA1131).Use mulitimeter to replace 0Ω resistor on supply path to mcu to test just mcu consumption.According datasheet maximum consumption is 314uA.
When set mcu enter standby mode,current firstly quickly down to 12uA,keep stable for about 10s,current begins slowly increase,after several minutes rise up to 2.4mA,then quickly down 1mA,then slowly continue decrease,final will down to 12uA,then keep stable.
It is very strange.I even cannot judge this is resulted by hardware or software.
Attachment 1 is software configuration for mcu.
Attachment 2 is power consumption from datasheet.
