My project use MPC5566.And one digital input signal SW14 is used to monitor KEYSWITCH signal which is equal to vbattery(up to 32V).It's connected to DATA30 pin of MPC5566.My question is what the input voltage range is for this pin?

See items 12/13 (VIH_F, VIL_F) of the device datasheet; http://cache.freescale.com/files/32bit/doc/data_sheet/MPC5566.pdf.
If input voltage is going to be higher then max specified you should use the serial resistor to limit the injection current (max 2mA).
