For MPC5200 following debugger have been using:
CWH-UTP-PPCC-HE
However this is very outdated product and it would be difficult to develop anything with MPC5200 as also legacy CodeWarrior works only under Windows XP.
MCU itself is "Not Recommended for New Designs"
