MPC 5604 MCU program runs away after running for a period of time, It is re_upgraded through bootlode ,and it is found that the operation 0x8007D0 address will cause the program to run away.

Could you define the issue more closely?
What means run away? It is ending in some IVOR? or in reset? or stuck in loop?
From the information you have provided it is impossible to resolve your issue.
