MCAL license error

Hi,
I'm trying to download MCAL AUTOSAR 4.0.3. for MPC574x
(https://nxp.flexnetoperations.com/control/frse/download?element=8079447)

However, I faced with the error message in license tab like below. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.

Did you mean to create the case to resolve this issue?

To be honest, I created the issue, Case 00093414, already.

It has been over a week to open the issue but there is no answer yet.

Is there something I missed?
