Is there any using method about mpc5748(0N78S/1N81M)?

I use mpc5748 with X-MPC574XG-324DS, TRACE32.

When I used PPC5748GMMN6A / 1N81M, there was no problem for using this microcontroller.

But when I change the microcontroller to PPC5748GSMMN6 / 0N78S, TRACE32 cannot detect this microcontroller.

So I want to know if there is a different method using these two chips.

What error messages do you get? Check the AREA window (Menu: View - Message Area).
