Our product  need  to do PCB level SI analisis, and need the IBIS mode of MCIMX6D6AVT10AD、 MMPF0100F0ANES、SPC5746CBK1ACKU6。

IBIS model for SPC5746C is attached, for IMX6D can be downloaded here:

... and unfortunately the file for MMPF0100 is not available.
