In my case i have an RAM_UNCERR in FCCU and a valid error address in the MEMU which points to Variable in RAM.

This looks like uninitialized RAM.
As accidental multibit ECC RAM errors are rare.

Thanks for the reply.
Well the error address area is seems to be initialized because i can see data there. One more thing i would like to mention is this error is appearing when i change the mode from high power to STOP mode. I don't know why this is happening.
