How to select a MCU chip for a specific applicatio,just like automotive body control;

Expect for the interfaces,such as:

What is the proper max opperating Freqency,how to confirm if it can cover the needs(CAN、LIN....)

and the need for memory(flash and RAM).

I am afraid this does not have any simple answer. It purely application dependent and a choice is up to you (what is key factor for the selection - performance, current consumption, etc.)
