It is quite simple task as both eQADC implementation are the same except
1) eQADC Synchronous Serial Interface (SSI) has been removed with 5674F whilst MPC5644A still contains this feature
2) It may be different channel routing.
3) 5674F has two modules eQADC_A and eQADC_B but MPC5644A has just one.
There are no other differences.
