Hardware Floating Point Unit Enable Method

Hi NXP,

We are using MPC5746C controller for our project. We need to enable the Hardware Floating Point to do floating point operation in our project.

Could you please guide us, how to enable the Hardware FPU and steps to verify?

Note: We are using GHS compiler.

Hi,

Simply execute some FPU instruction. If it is no enabled the micro will throw exception.
