FreeRTOS crashes in vPortYield()

My project occasionally (usually 10 or 20 minutes after startup) goes crashes in vPortYield(), when vTaskSwitchContext is called. What may cause this problem? What can I do to trace it?

I'm working on MPC5748G + SDK0.8.2.
