Error in SPI Initialization

Hello,

I encounter this error in SPI Initialization (in spi driver, automatic code generation). i will post screenshots of exact error location

then it shows this image..

i tested the exact SPI init function of provided SPI example and it worked just fine.

but in this project i would not.

please help.

be sure used SPI module has its module clock enabled.

sorry forgot to mention, that is for MPC 5744P NXP MCU.

Hi,

yes, that is a setting in the PE, but if DSPI1 module is used check within debugger MC_ME_PS3[S_DSPI_1] register bit if module is active or not. If it is clocked then check address accessed in DSPI_Set_MCR_HALT.
