I use a MPC561 with a problem of startup.
The EXTCLK and JCOMP signals are not connected.
Can these unconnected signals generate a problem of startup ?

Hi @christophe_c
there should be no problem with unconnected JCOMP. It is internally pulled down which enables BDM/Nexus pins instead of JTAG.
But unconnected EXTCLK could be an issue - if it is not used, it must be tied to GND.
